We pride ourselves in promoting a strong safety culture with a commitment to safety that has lead to an extremely low OSHA rate. Since our inception in 2000, we have had just 3 OSHA recordables across all disciplines. Our continuous goal is to maintain a workplace where everyone can honestly say to themselves:
“I excel at safety. I am accountable for my safety and responsible for confidently sharing safety with others.”
We look for potential hazards (leading indicators) from project conception through project close out. We constantly review what undesirable events could occur, and actively identify risk mitigation techniques. Rather than waiting for a design to be complete in order to do a safety analysis, we implement inherently safe designs during project development. We strive for full elimination of all manner of hazards, and a much lower accident risk for planned work where certain risks are unavoidable.
